Iwan has over fourteen years experience of advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, first with City firm Norton Rose and, subsequently, at the PricewaterhouseCoopers law firm, Landwell. Iwan has advised management teams and shareholders on buy-outs, mergers and acquisition, joint ventures and shareholder agreements and has extensive experience dealing with partnership agreements and advising both private and public companies and partnerships on general corporate matters and commercial agreements.
Outside work, Iwan is a keen rugby supporter and enjoys passing on his limited knowledge of football and cricket to his sons.
